Refund Policy

Deposit

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.

Milestone Refunds

If we fail to deliver a milestone within an agreed timeframe (excluding client delays), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Requests

All refund requests must be sent in writing to hello@laughingdev.com within 14 days of the disputed milestone.
